Training Service

Our “Understanding Autism” course is a one-day course that aims to give participants not only an understanding of autism and its likely impact but encourages staff and parents alike to develop strategies for good autism practice.

This one-day training is delivered face to face and is bespoke to you and/or your organisation.

Training is delivered face-to-face, however where distance is a factor, training can be delivered over MS Teams or Zoom platforms.

This course has been delivered to the various roles within educational settings, residential and field social workers, health visitors, CAMHS and other mental health professionals, support workers in various voluntary organisations.

Training workshops can also be designed for parents/carers, this is best organised through your child’s nursery or school. Ask the head of establishment to contact us. Foster parents and supported carers should approach their supporting social worker to organise group training.
